Trial Period
MyMental may provide a trial subscription that is subject to payment. Unless you cancel the subscription before the trial period concludes, you will be automatically billed the fee displayed during the payment process for the selected subscription duration. Should a trial be available, this will be clearly indicated on the pricing page prior to checkout. In the absence of such indication, your purchase will be a direct subscription without a trial. From time to time, we may also present discounted subscription offers that renew at the standard, non-discounted rate, as well as other promotional deals tailored for your interest.

Subscription Terms
Subscriptions under MyMental automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle whether monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or as per the option you chose during purchase continuing until you decide to cancel.

Payment Method
Charges for subscription fees will be applied to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase upon confirmation. By subscribing, you grant MyMental the authorization to debit the applicable fees from your selected payment method.

Cancellation Procedure
Your subscription will continue to renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand. To prevent further charges, please ensure cancellation occurs before the current subscription term expires. To cancel, send an email from the address registered on our website to admin@mymentalapp.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe.” Our support team will process your cancellation and confirm it via email. Your subscription is considered terminated only after you receive this confirmation.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be granted solely at MyMental’s discretion and in alignment with the Money Back Guarantee outlined on mymentalapp.com. 

Unless otherwise specified or required by Estonian law, purchases made through our website are final and non-refundable. Partial refunds will not be issued if you cancel your subscription mid-term; no reimbursement will be provided for the unused portion of the current subscription period. 

MyMental reserves the right to deny any refund request if you have breached any terms of service.

Notice to Estonian Consumers
In accordance with Estonian consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your subscription contract within 14 calendar days from the date of registration on mymentalapp.com without penalty or obligation. However, by requesting immediate performance of the service, you acknowledge that you forfeit this right of withdrawal once the service has been fully delivered. If you cancel within the withdrawal period without justification, you are entitled to a proportional refund corresponding to any unused service credits.

Modifications to Subscription Fees
Subject to Estonian law, MyMental reserves the right to amend subscription pricing at any time. We will notify you of any such changes within a reasonable timeframe by updating prices on or through the app and/or sending an email to **admin@mymentalapp.com**, or by other clear and accessible means. Should you choose not to accept the revised fees, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect to avoid being charged the new rates.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disagreements related to the subscription or these terms shall be resolved through Estonian arbitration institutions or courts as applicable.
