Your subscription is considered cancelled only after you receive a confirmation email from MyMental Support.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not automatically refund previous payments. Refunds, if applicable, are handled according to the MyMental Subscription & Refund Policy.
Please send your cancellation request before your next billing date to avoid renewal.
